Established on September 2008, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences aims to train competitive medical scientists in the biotech industry, the pinnacle of scientific technology in the 21st century. There are three degree programs: 1. Master’s, 2. Ph.D, 3.Master’s/Ph.D Joint program, and the available majors are molecular medicine, neuroscience and social health sciences.

All the faculty members are BK21 project participants, who must achieve minimum 3 research items during 3 years including SCI articles, patents, technology transfer income or industrial research grant. All applicants to the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences should obtain permission from chief professor or supervisor professor and only full-time students are accepted.


Purpose of Education

The purpose of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences is to train professionals in medical and bio-industry workforce.


Educational Objectives

1. Professionalization of teaching and research supported by professors and specialists.

2. Deepening and application of the research through conjugation with National Research Center. 

3. Cultivation of the global leader of BT industries, excellent scientific researcher, brokerage research-oriented academic training of the alignment
